Delivery Information

At WashBolt, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and keep our delivery charges straightforward.

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and other selected UK carriers, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout before payment.

FREE UK Delivery Over £20

Spend £20 or more excluding VAT and receive FREE UK delivery.

Orders below £20 excluding VAT will have the applicable delivery charge shown at checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, actual delivery times are outside our direct control.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless a specifically guaranteed delivery service is stated.

Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather and particularly busy periods.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where the delivery service used includes tracking.

Please note that some lower-value orders may be sent using a service that does not provide full end-to-end tracking.

Large or Heavy Orders

Larger or heavier orders may be sent using an alternative carrier.

If there is an issue with shipping your order using the delivery option selected at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a little additional time for possible carrier delays.
